REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
To register and pay for the for the DES Collaboration Meeting please go our registration page.
Please note: Payment of the registration fee is not required at the time of registration. However payment must be recieved prior to registration closing date of 30 October 2017. A payment code will be issued which you can use to pay your fee later via credit card. If you require an invoice for payment or you have any questions please contact Kylie Williams (firstname.lastname@example.org).
A conference dinner will be held at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary on the evening of Wednesday 8 November.
Childcare will be available for infants and children under 5. Please indicate in your registration if you require childcare or contact Kylie Williams (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
If you have any access requirements in order to participate in this workshop please note them in your registration form or contact Kylie Williams (firstname.lastname@example.org) directly with any questions.
WIFI AND INTERNET
Wireless access will be available in the conference room each day for delegates via Eduroam. Please note: Eduroam should be set up on your devices at your home institution prior to your arrival at the workshop. If you are unable to get eduroam from your home institution then we will need to arrange a guest account at UQ. These must be requested two weeks before the meeting and cost $10 for the week. We will cover this cost, but would like to minimise it where possible, so please use eduroam if you can.
