Molonglo Reborn: the dawn of a new era of discovery

Official Opening  and Celebration of the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Molonglo Telescope.
 
The launch of the new telescope will occur during the 50th Anniversary of the original opening of the Molonglo Observatory by the Right Honorable Sir Robert Menzies, Prime Minister of Australia. 

Guests are encouraged to stay for lunch and attend a program of scientific talks on the past achievements at Molonglo and the bright future of the UTMOST project.

The program will include:
10:00am: Registration and arrival tea and coffee
10:30am: Official Opening and Celebration
12:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm: Scientific Symposium
3:40pm: Afternoon tea
4:00pm: Close
